Terms and Conditions:

The client(s) referred to below are those persons defined in the booking form. The photographer is Rebecca Winstanley, trading as Becca Winstanley Photography. The following terms and conditions may not be varied unless agreed by the photographer in writing.

Session deposit and fees:

A £10 non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking for all sessions except the group shoots. Deposits confirm the booking of a session and will be taken off the full price of the session.

Full payment is required prior to the shoot (or on the day of the shoot if payment is in cash).

During the Sessions:

The photographer takes no responsibility for any injury to the client(s), horse(s)/pet(s) or damage to property before, during or after the session. Any photographs taken on/around the horse without a helmet is done so at the individual (or parent/guardians) own risk.

It is the client(s) responsibility to tell the photographer if they feel that the location or situation may put their horse(s)/pet(s) or family member in danger.

It is the client(s) responsibility to inform the photographer if a dog must stay on the lead or cannot do certain things.

Any aggressive animals should be mentioned to the photographer before the session.

Images and Copyright:

The client(s) allow the photographer full rights to use the images resulting from the photography session and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes to help achieve the companies aims. This might include (but is not limited to) the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. Exceptions for a minor(s) are permitted and must be made clear at the time of the session.

The proofs delivered to the client through an online gallery are not to be shared in anyway.

Low resolution social media images will contain a small logo. You are not permitted to remove the logo or print these images. High resolution images are for print. Digital images are not to be re-edited in any way (i.e., changing colours or removing parts of the image).

The client is responsible for keeping digital and printed images safe. The photographer is not responsible for any damage of the products. Any request for additional image duplicates from the photographer will incur additional charges.

All copyright of the photographic images belongs to the photographer.

Low resolution images may be redistributed on social media for advertisement; however, the photographer must be credited and has the rights to ask for the photo to be removed if credit is not given. Any further commercial use of the photographs will incur additional charges.

Rescheduling:

Sessions, including group sessions, can be changed once, up to 2 working days in advance of the session. Failure to give notice or a no show will result in the photographer’s discretion for cancelling or rescheduling the session. Cancellation of the session within this time will forfeit any payments prepaid.

Individuals in group sessions follow the same cancellation rules, however rescheduling for one participant only will not be possible. Group sessions will not go ahead if there are less than 3 participants.

If the session is to be cancelled by the photographer due to adverse weather conditions, a situation out of our control (e.g., Covid-19 restrictions) or a situation beyond the photographer’s control (e.g., sickness, equipment malfunction) a new, mutually agreed appointment will be made with no additional charge.

Products:

Products will be ordered once payment has cleared. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended. You are not entitled to a refund of the session if you do not wish to purchase any images.

Re-shoots/refunds:

Re-shoots are determined by the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make up or hair by the client(s).
